TIPS has commissioned and taken part in research undertaken by these South African universities in various fields, such as trade and industrial policy, sector analysis and small enterprise development. Academics and students at these universities also regularly participate in and present their research at the TIPS Annual Forum and research workshops, and attend TIPS' training courses.
